I am Aban.  I began studying violin when I was ten years old in Damascus, Syria.  I have been a professional music teacher and performer since 1975.  I have taught formally in Damascus and Prague,Czech Republic, and I have performed at numerous venues in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.  I have recently moved to Cape Elizabeth, Maine to be near my family.
